Saint Julian’s Summer Camp is a day-camp with week-long sessions in Irving, Texas from July 20th to July 24th, 2026, and Front Royal, Virginia from July 27th to July 31st, 2026. The camp is for boy’s aged 10-14. The camp will consist of classes on Folk Music, Juggling, and Public Speaking, with sports and prayer interspersed between. We are striving to give young men the joy and camaraderie through these activities that were given to us.
St. Julian’s Summer Camp had its inaugural session in July 2025. The boys spent a week in Texas steeped in the American, Irish, and Scottish folk tradition learning songs and stories and rehearsing a play of the great American folk heroes. The camp culminated on Friday with a busking trip in Grapevine where the boys used their newfound skills to spread joy and make some money to buy dinner in a troubadour pilgrim spirit. Last year’s camp was a great success for the boys and counselors alike. We are excited for this summer and can’t wait for Saint Julian’s Summer Camp 2026.
